Abortion is wrong. I don't give a dang why a girl is pregnant. Just because she doesn't want to have the baby, it should be killed. That little innocent HUMAN BEING just died because of selfish little thang. That is BULL CRAP. That little baby could be the next President of the United States. It could find a cure for AIDS. And it just got killed because it was a burden? Life's not easy. No one said it was. People run accross things like that, it's just life. You have to be strong and fight your way through, no matter what. Yes, we all fall flat on our faces. But get back up and keep running the race. Abortion is wrong. CASE CLOSED

LoL you summed up my past statements.
You and I can discuss this now since Echo decided to bail.
Abortion SHOULD NOT even be an issue. In cases where pregnancy can be avoided, it is a wrong way to get out of a preventable consequence (forgive me for calling a baby a consequence, that's not what I believe, just what it seems like nowadays.)
One part of the issue that REALLY bothers me, is the right for a woman to put her baby death if it is to be confined to a wheelchair or have some sort of disability (i.e. downsyndrome). People with downsyndrome are some of the best people among us. Always so happy, and not wrapped up in the affairs of the common man. Gifts from God.
And for the fact that a fetus/embryo is not a human...
Most people argue that a fetus/embryo is not human until it has reached viability. Scientifically, that's true, it doesn't have the organs capable of survival on its own, but here is my point... In an abortion... are we simply taking a human? A human is defined in Webster's as a bipedal primate mammal. Do we only take a human body in the abortion? Or do we also take a life? A life is not a human, life is defined as the quality that distinguishes a vital and functional being from a dead body. Maybe a fetus/embryo is not scientifically a human, but it still has a life, and you are taking a life through abortion.
Also, God says:
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. -- Jeremiah 1:5

Bullet its obvious enough that this is going nowhere. If you want to turn this into a bitchfest that's fine with me but I think its a total waste of my time. It makes me laugh that you think I'll come rushing back full steam because of your tiny little cracks about me "bailing" and "throwing in the towel". If you're that delusional then I'm comfortable being on the opposite side of this debate from you.
So yeah I'm "bailing". Sorry I'm just not able to keep up with you intellectually. LOL! Now say whatever you feel about me bailing, giving up, or what have you because in order to keep this civil this is my last post in this thread. I'll lock the thread if it needs it. Have at it conservatives.

I wasn't trying to get you to come back, I was saying you no longer wished to debate on it, so I would share opinions with Maverick. I'm not degrading you, i'm not mad that you're not debating, it's all good... If anyone else has opinions please share..

If a fetus is not a livng thing, why can you feel it kick and move around during pregnancy? If it's not alive if wouldn't move. Listen guys, I'm sorry but there is no reason for abortion. You always have to think about why the girl is pregnant in the first place too. Most girls who get pregnant and want an abortion weren't raped. Think about that and then you tell me why abortion is right.

Abortion is awesome and anyone who thinks otherwise drinks copious amounts of their own urine.
