The band Queen rocked! Holic, I haven't seen Supersize me or any other movie by Michael Moore. I'm not interested in anything produced by that fat basta*d. I can think for myself without viewing propaganda films. People are way too comfortable with their mainstream media, American Idol-type programs, and processed food-like products. I prefer to independently provide for myself and family. No one can take better care of us or know what's better for us than ourselves.

Well I get what you're saying about Michael Moore but "Supersize Me" is a film made by Morgan Spurlock. It's a documentary which films him eating McDonald's for 30 days. It's actually pretty amazing how toward the end McDonald's turns into like a drug for him. Pretty disgusting.

He has a new show called "30 Days" that I need to start watching.

Oops, I stand corrected regarding Moore. I thought that movie was by him. I should have looked it up before running off at the mouth.
Has he made a movie about fast food or something similar? I had to have gotten the idea from somewhere.
Yeah though, I can understand the difference in healthy vs. unhealthy eating. Probably the best way to describe it is a greater feeling of sluggishness when eating high sodium/fat/sugar foods. Greater difficulty in having enough "oomph".

Meh, I'm not 100% sure but I don't think he's done any propaganda films on fast food. Which is amazing to me because it looks like he'd be an expert on the food subject...
I know he has "Canadian Bacon", a comedy with John Candy. As far as documentaries go I know of "The Big One" about corporate America, "Bowling For Columbine" about gun control/gun violence in America, "Fahrenheit 9/11" about Sept 11th and the Bush administration's predilection for war, and "Sicko" about American health care. That's all I know for sure though. Might have had one about fast food. Most likely his first film, if any, since I'm sure that's on his mind more than procreating is on mine...

I say we start boycotting everything. Let's screw the government like they screw us. They're passing a law here where you can't a cell phone in your car. And if the cops catch you they take your phone away. Screw you american government. People like me work for our money and spend faster than we earn it. While you at the top get richer and richer, I'm down here get poorer and poorer. Just like 18th century England in the days of the Highwayman. I just wish that the government and WALMART would stop trying to screw people out of their money. You walk into WALMART and all they see is a freakin dollar sign. $ SO screw you WALMART.

No, its too cool to be associated with Europe. Queensland would be cool. We could have all the bananas we would ever want! I bet Obama.... never mind. Mav, the cell phone law isn't that bad.

I'll start here:
Screw you american government. People like me work for our money and spend faster than we earn it. While you at the top get richer and richer, I'm down here get poorer and poorer.
You just contradicted yourself terribly. The reason you're getting poorer and poorer is DUE TO you spending money faster than you can earn it. You don't need gasoline, ride a bike to work, school, etc. You don't need Happy Meals from McDonald's or video games from Walmart, eat an apple and play football outside. The problem with the world is the people that inhabit it. Color me cynical but it's the truth.
I just wish that the government and WALMART would stop trying to screw people out of their money. You walk into WALMART and all they see is a freakin dollar sign. $ SO screw you WALMART.
Walmart is a very good example but you've gotta realize that money makes the world go round. Eliminate money and the planet goes with it. Every company ever established, minus non-profit organizations, have set the goal of making themselves wealthy. There's so much wrong with your statement I can't think straight. I'm not picking on you because I think I know what you meant but the way you worded it makes me wonder.
And sure tox, Iceland sounds lovely.

Wrong post Holic, this isn't the post about you returning. I can see how you'd get confused though with the title being "Gas Prices", lol. You are correct Dingo. Diesel used to be cheaper than gasoline. Anyone want to do the conversion of Dingo's prices to our's? I'm curious what he pays compared to us. I'm a 'Merican and I refuse to learn the metric system, lol. Gotta love Dingo's post though. Cars, booze, and chick's racks.....that's what makes the Dingo tick
